B9Game Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Players' Complete Platform Agreement

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game on b9game, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and b9game. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

B9game reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.

To use b9game's betting, casino or gaming services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and Pakistani mobile number.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one b9game account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. B9game uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed:

• All related accounts will be permanently closed without notice.
• Any balances held across those accounts will be forfeited.
• Winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.
• The player may be permanently banned from re-registering on b9game.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. B9game will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at support@b9game.run. B9game cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials or failing to maintain password security.

Account Verification

B9game reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, proof of address, payment method screenshots) at any point — including before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard Know Your Customer procedure. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

B9game strictly prohibits access to its services by individuals under 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. B9game will conduct age verification checks as required, including requesting a copy of your Pakistan CNIC or other valid government-issued identification.

Where it is determined that a player under 18 has registered and used the platform:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All deposits will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.
• All winnings will be voided and forfeited without exception.
• The matter may be referred to relevant authorities where required by law.

All financial transactions on b9game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). B9game does not charge players conversion fees on PKR transactions. The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible.
• B9game targets withdrawal processing within minutes for mobile wallet methods and within one to three business days for bank transfers.
• B9game reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if there is an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement on the account.

B9game offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window stated in the individual promotion terms — typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• B9game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has not been activated or where the player has not met the stated conditions within the applicable period.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other bonuses unless specifically permitted by the offer terms.
• B9game reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void related winnings if it determines the bonus has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer or in breach of these terms.

Bonus Abuse

B9game monitors bonus usage patterns. Players found to be exploiting bonus terms — including but not limited to placing low-risk qualifying bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic bonus stacking — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

All bets placed on b9game's sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, tennis and all other sports — are subject to the following rules.

Bet Acceptance

• Bets are accepted entirely at b9game's discretion. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation.
• A bet is confirmed only when it appears in your betting history with "Accepted" status. Bets that do not reach this status are not valid.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay. During this delay, odds may change or the market may be suspended. B9game is not liable for internet latency causing a bet to be placed at different odds from those displayed on screen.

Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body. For PSL, the official PCB result is used.
• In the event of an error in odds — including obvious pricing errors — b9game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Accumulators are void if any leg is void, unless the remaining legs still constitute a valid single or multiple per the platform's rules.

PSL Specific Rules

For PSL matches, all bets require the match to be completed in full. If a match is abandoned or cancelled and no official result is declared, all bets will be voided and stakes returned. Rain-affected Duckworth-Lewis results are treated as official results for settlement purposes.

All casino games available on b9game — including slot machines, live dealer table games and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited. The RTP percentages displayed on each game reflect independently verified figures.

• Players accept that all game outcomes are determined by RNG and that b9game does not influence individual spin or hand results.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a session, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. Wins paid in error due to a software fault will be recovered.
• Live casino games are streamed from certified studio environments. If a live stream is interrupted, the relevant hand or round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's rules, which b9game implements as received.
• Bonus Buy features, where available, are subject to the same terms as standard game play. Bonus Buy stakes count towards wagering requirements at the applicable rate stated in the specific bonus terms.

B9game is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with games in an automated manner.
• Collusion with other players in sports betting markets or live casino games to guarantee outcomes or share information unfairly.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors in games to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Match fixing or insider knowledge — placing bets based on prior knowledge of a fixed or corrupted sporting outcome.
• Attempting to reverse engineer b9game's systems, copy or redistribute any platform content, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

B9game employs continuous monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and gameplay anomalies. All accounts flagged by these systems are reviewed by the security team before any action is taken. B9game cooperates with relevant authorities in any investigation of fraudulent activity involving the platform.

B9game takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose across any defined time period.
• Session Reminders — receive alerts after a set amount of time has passed in a single gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or long-term close your account with b9game if you feel you need a full break from gambling.

These tools take effect immediately upon activation. Cooling-off periods and self-exclusion decisions cannot be reversed within the time period chosen. B9game will not offer bonus promotions or marketing communications to any player who has activated a self-exclusion.

B9game reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if any of the following apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• B9game has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity theft or money laundering.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion request from b9game or another gaming platform under a shared exclusion programme.
• Continued account operation poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to b9game.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their b9game account may do so by contacting support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements have been met or relevant bonus funds removed.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using b9game and may request account closure. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under b9game's operating licence. In the event of a dispute between a player and b9game, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through b9game's customer support process.
